It’s Time to Report Your Accident

You must report accidents within 72 hours.

We know how it feels, you've just experienced an accident and the last thing on your mind is filling out paperwork. But with your trusted digital insurance brokerage, we handle everything for you. We simply need to be informed about what happened so we can get started right away.

Small Problems, Simple Solutions

For minor issues like:

  • Windshield cracks (courtesy of that truck with loads of sand)

  • Dangling side-view mirror (from that mysterious "wasn't me" incident in the parking lot)

  • Damaged headlights (this was definitely you)

Insurance companies allow you to submit claims through our app with just a photo. No need to write a novel about how it happened.

Choosing a Service Center & How Payment Works

When it comes to repairing your car, insurance companies offer different payment experiences depending on your policy and the workshop you choose. Here are the three most common scenarios:

1) Direct Billing

You can head to any service center within your insurance company’s network, and they’ll handle the bill directly.

Tip: Always double-check which service centers and authorized workshops are included in your policy available in Amenli’s app alongside all of your policy details.

2) No Direct Deal, But Still No Upfront Payment

Some insurance companies may not have a direct contract with your preferred authorized service center — but they will still send a representative when you pick up the car to pay on the spot.

3) Reimbursement

If your policy doesn’t include your desired service center, you can still repair your car there. You’ll simply pay the full amount yourself, and we’ll ensure your insurance company issues you a reimbursement check for the same amount (according to your coverage terms).

Towing: When Your Car Decides to Take a Break

Insurance includes complimentary towing wherever needed to your repair location. This should apply regardless of:

  • The type of accident

  • Running out of fuel

  • Mechanical failures (engine, transmission, brakes)

  • Dead battery

  • Flat tire you can't change
